SellerPrivacy Policy
What we collect
When you fill in our contact or free audit form, we collect the details you type in: your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your Amazon business. We also receive standard technical information your browser sends, such as your approximate location and device type.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare your free audit and follow up once, and — if you become a client — to deliver the services you agreed to. We do not sell or share your details for marketing, and we do not send marketing emails you didn't ask for.
Forms and email delivery
FormSubmit processes your form answers to deliver them to our team inbox at support@sellerget.com. Audit requests include the business information and qualification answers you provide in all four steps. Please don't include passwords or sensitive account credentials in any form — we will never ask for them.
Saving audit progress
If you leave the progress-saving checkbox enabled, your audit answers are saved only in this browser tab so you can go back or refresh without starting over. The draft is removed after a successful submission or when the tab closes. Disable the checkbox if you do not want a draft saved on your device.
Your Amazon account access
If we work together, you give us access through Amazon Seller Central's own User Permissions feature. We never ask for, receive, or store your Seller Central password, and you can remove our access at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up work. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing support@sellerget.com.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@sellerget.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update this page. The policy applies from the date it is published here.
